Why does it cost me so much to take care of myself?

Apply daily cream, exercise, perform relaxing massages, Eat well, They are just some of the activities that women do to take care of us and feel better.

But when these activities meet the daily responsibility of the family, The care of children and the home can make a mission impossible to get some time to take care of our body and mind.

That is why this time I want to mention some actions that you must take into account to achieve mental well -being and avoid collapse:

Live the present: 

Sounds simple, But in the vast majority of the time we are and we are not.

We are always thinking further, In what follows and seem more interesting to the next step, that what is happening at that precise moment.

We must leave addiction to electronic devices, Social networks and occupations. That is why I recommend choosing a few minutes without them to do something valuable as a family where everyone participates.

Meditate:

We know how complicated our mind is to calm and disconnect from day to day, Since staying a quiet moment, Without trouble, No pending tasks, Simply resting looks like a loss of time.

But keep us silent, Listening to our thoughts, In peace with ourselves, concentrated in our breathing, lowering the thousand revolutions to put the mind blank can be very comforting for our soul.

Take care of yourself:

Although attending one of my therapies alone or as a couple is an incredible way of self-ass, It requires more effort and commitment from us.

Many times taking care of yourself is talking with your partner and asking for support in home tasks and children, as well as understand that you cannot with everything and that an aid from time to time feels good.

But mainly what you should understand that nothing happens if some things leave them for later while you repeat your energy and spend time for you.

Dedicate those little things that comfort your body and feed your soul!
